Capitelle Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), trading as Capitelle Coaching, provides financial coaching, management services, and related digital products. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Financial coaching services
Financial management services
Digital products, guides, and resources related to personal and business finance

Our services are educational and informational. They do not constitute formal financial, investment, or legal advice. Clients should make decisions based on their individual circumstances and may wish to consult a qualified professional for specific advice.

Use of Website

You may use our website for personal or business purposes only. You agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or exploit content without permission
Use our website in a way that violates laws or third-party rights
Attempt to access restricted areas or data of the website

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep login credentials and personal data secure
Respect all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation
Make payments for services as agreed upon
Follow through on agreed-upon action items and recommendations
Notify us of any material changes to your financial situation

Payments and Refunds

Payments for coaching or management services must be made as agreed in invoices or contracts.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless specified in your service agreement. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but we cannot guarantee results
We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make or the outcomes of those decisions
We are not liable for investment losses or financial outcomes resulting from your decisions based on our guidance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service type:

90-Minute Coaching Session

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed without prior communication will be charged in full and are non-refundable

Coaching Packages (3 months)

Coaching packages are a commitment for the full duration (3 months)
Package payments are non-refundable once the program has started, even if the client chooses not to complete all sessions
Individual sessions within the package may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be considered used
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we may, at our discretion, allow sessions to be postponed

Financial Management Services

Ongoing financial management agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice
Fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
Services delivered up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly

General

In rare circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), we may need to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date/time or a refund

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Your financial data and personal information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or professional regulations.

Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and recommendations provided during our engagement remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials for your personal or business purposes but may not redistribute or resell them without permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal and financial information is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services and products, you consent to this collection and processing.
